PNL is licensed to provide nursing and care in the United Kingdom through its registration with the CQC.

We are also able to supply to NHS acute and primary care trusts and local authorities courtesy of framework agreements, contracts, service level agreements and approved supplier lists.

We subscribe to various codes of conduct.

Care Quality Commission

PNL Nursing is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver:

  • Personal Care
  • Nursing care
  • Treatment of Disease, Disorder & Injury

CQC inspected PNL Nursing in 2011 for compliance against a range of ‘Essential standards of quality and safety’ and passed with flying colours. The regulator concluded that PNL met every standard and made no recommendations for improvement. Read the report.

NHS Audits

PNL Nursing is on supplier frameworks to provide nurses and care workers to NHS trusts in London and nationally. In 2011 our compliance and quality assurance records were audited by the LPP and passed with a ‘Green’ rating.

Employment Agencies Standards Inspectorate

PNL Nursing is regulated by EAS and conforms with the Employment Act 2008 and the Conduct Regulations of 2003.

Criminal Records Bureau

PNL Nursing is a registered body of the CRB and follows its Code of Practice.

UKHCA Member

PNL Nursing a full member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association and subscribes to its Code of Practice.

Nursing & Midwifery Council

All PNL field- and office-based Nurses are registered with the NMC.
