PNL staff will work alongside your own professionals to help manage your community staffing needs and assess local residents for community care and health services.

Our Children’s Nursing division has over a decade’s experience of working with Social Services and NHS partners, helping children’s and young persons’ teams to achieve high standards of efficiency and care. Our growing Adult Nursing division now offers the same services across London and surrounding counties.

Staff are allocated in full accordance with your job specifications and preferences, with close regard to the qualifications, training, experience and registration status of individual workers.

We understand the need for reliability and consistency of care and always aim to provide Nurses and Carers you have seen and liked in the past. Where you need staff on a regular basis we will develop a pool of appropriately skilled professionals – familiar faces who will give continuity and peace of mind.
