The Importance of Compliance:

While we aim to have you out earning the best rates of pay weeks before other agencies, no corners are cut with quality or our regulatory responsibilities. Time savings are managed through efficiencies and best practice.

• Qualified Nurses must hold recognised nursing qualifications and be registered with the UK’s Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

• Care Assistants must generally have an NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in Care OR at least two years’ experience in the healthcare setting in which they want to work (e.g. hospitals or the community) OR be a sufficiently advanced Student Nurse.

Before you start work, you will also need to have:

• Up-to-date certificates in the standard mandatory training courses for your role
• A CRB and Independent Safeguarding Authority check, which we will help you to obtain
• Proof of immunisations and occupational health checks applicable to your work, as demanded by the Department of Health/NHS
• Nurses must have a NMC PIN and RCN or other professional indemnity insurance
• Suitable ID and proof of your right to work in the UK
• Your own vehicle or access to good public transport

When the documentation is complete and you have finished your induction training we will phone you with your first offer of work.

Overseas Applicants:

We welcome nurses from overseas who have excellent English language skills and who have already secured the right to work in the UK. Regrettably, we cannot offer work to persons who have a work permit or visa bearing the name of another employer and we cannot help you to obtain a visa. For more information, see the link to Information for non-UK Applicants, at left.

The Next Steps:

First, we will ask you some questions over the phone so please call us during office hours or write with a daytime phone number.

If you are selected for interview, we will see you as soon as possible at our easy-to-reach Central London office. Click the link at left for more details about Your interview.

If you are successful, you will sit our Induction and free pre-employment training courses and meet our team members, who will discuss your needs and personal work preferences.
