Your Interview with PNL Nursing
Once you have spoken to us by phone you may have been offered a face to face interview at our London office, in which case the information below will be of interest to you.

The Interview
We will agree a time for your interview. Please aim to arrive early if you have not yet completed your PNL Nursing and CRB application forms.
Reliability is of great importance to our clients and punctual attendance for your interview is a sign of your dependability. If you arrange an interview that you later cannot attend please call us as soon as possible to cancel or rearrange it. If you do not contact us to cancel your interview we cannot promise to offer a new one. If you are late, please call us to let us know when you hope to be.
The interview may take between 45 – 75 minutes and your visit may be longer if a full induction is to follow the interview.
Mandatory Documents
Use the download link above to find out what you should bring with you. Please bring the originals as photocopies cannot be accepted as evidence. If for some reason the download does not work please contact us well before your interview.
Some of the items can be supplied at a later date but it will speed up the recruitment process considerably if you can bring them with you on the day. If you don’t have any of the essential documents let us know – we may be able to help you or suggest alternatives.
Criminal Records Check
When you join a new healthcare employer or agency in the UK you will need to undergo a new ‘Enhanced’ CRB check, which will also verify that you are not on the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA)’s lists of persons banned from working with children and vulnerable adults.
You will therefore need to complete a disclosure application form, which we will send to you by post or give to you on the day. CRB checks may take weeks so it is important that you fill this in and provide us with your forms of ID and proof of current address at the very earliest opportunity. Be sure to include your 10 year address history.
If we have advised you that you need to pay us for your CRB check please include this with your form or bring a cheque or cash (the right change please) to your interview.
