PNL Nursing has a number of different contracts applying to Staff (temporary workers and zero-hour employees) and Clients, for whom our standard terms of business will apply except where otherwise agreed. NHS bodies should refer either to the Government Procurement Service (formerly PASA/Buying Solutions) agency nurses framework agreement or the equivalent London Procurement Programme framework agreement.
